Status

Service status

Where things stand right now, and what to expect from us when they aren't fine.

All systems operational Sending, the API and the dashboard are running normally.

This indicator is maintained by hand. We haven't yet put an automated health probe behind it, so treat it as our current understanding rather than a live measurement. If sending is failing for you and this page says everything is fine, that gap is worth telling us about — let us know.

What we watch

  • Sending pipeline — messages accepted by the API and handed to the delivery provider.
  • Delivery events — bounce, complaint and delivery notifications flowing back in and reaching your webhooks.
  • API and dashboard — availability and response times.
  • Domain verification — DNS lookups for SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks.
  • Queue depth — whether queued mail is draining at the expected rate.

During an incident

When something is broken we will update this page with what is affected, what we know, and when we will next post. If an incident affects your sending specifically — a domain of yours, or mail already queued — we will email the workspace owner rather than expecting you to be watching this page.

Once it is resolved we write up what happened and what we changed so it does not happen the same way twice.

Delivery problems that aren't outages

Most delivery trouble isn't a platform outage. A receiving provider may be deferring your mail, a domain's authentication may have drifted after a DNS change, or a list may be generating complaints. Those show up in your dashboard as delivery events with the receiving server's own response, which is usually more useful than a status page.

If you've looked and it still doesn't add up, send us the message ID and the recipient domain via the contact page and we'll trace it.

Planned maintenance

We schedule disruptive work outside US business hours where we can, and post it here beforehand. Sending is queued rather than dropped during maintenance windows.
