Sendwax is transactional and marketing email infrastructure built around one idea: the domain you send from, and the reputation attached to it, should belong to you.
Why we built it
Most email platforms make sending easy and authentication an afterthought. You end up sending from a shared pool on someone else's domain, inheriting a reputation you didn't build and can't see, and finding out about a deliverability problem when a customer says they never got the receipt.
Sendwax starts from the other end. You authenticate your own domain — SPF, DKIM, DMARC — before you send anything. Every message goes out provably from you. When something goes wrong, the delivery event, the receiving server's response and the affected domain are all in front of you rather than buried in a support ticket.
What it does
- Domain authentication that walks you through the DNS records and verifies them, instead of leaving you to guess.
- A sending API for transactional mail, with templates, contacts and suppression handling built in.
- Deliverability monitoring — bounces, complaints, and the authentication state of every domain you send from.

- Compliance that works by default — one-click unsubscribe, suppression lists enforced at send time, and consent you can evidence.
Who we are
Sendwax is built and operated by Voff Digital LLC, a software company based in Florida. We're small, we answer our own support, and the person who replies to your deliverability question is the person who wrote the code that handles it.
